Exhibition package and fees

GIF10 offers a large number of exhibit spaces and turnkey exhibits in high-traffic areas at the Alpexpo Convention Center. The expo in Grenoble provides a great opportunity to meet face-to-face with key decision makers across all industries, press and analysts and is the most effective place to generate awareness, leads and sales.

Conditions

Exhibitors must pre-register online. Exhibitor registration will then be confirmed and become definitive after the selection committee has given its approval and payment has been made in full.
As the number of booth spaces is limited, the selection committee will meet to evaluate and select exhibitors based on the following criteria: technological innovation, intellectual property, and commercialization.
The exhibitor will abide by the rules laid out by Alpexpo, as well as the general laws of French safety and security.
The booth model is unique for all the exhibitors during the GIF2010. Booth placement and signage will be determined by the organizers. Each booth will be equipped with a poster printed in a format defined by the organizers, the printing cost of which is included in the exhibition package.
The safeguard of all items belonging to the exhibitor will be considered the exhibitor’s entire responsibility. The organizers will not be held responsible for any of the exhibitor’s items in case of loss, damage, or theft.
The exhibitor will agree to be physically present at the booth to greet visitors for the entire duration of the GIF2010.
The exhibitor will agree to have his booth photographed either by the organizer or by the organizer’s assigned photographer. The exhibitor will allow these photos to be used on a royalty-free basis by the organizers.
The promotion of a competing event during the GIF2010 is strictly forbidden without the organizer’s prior written consent.
The sharing or sub-letting of exhibition tables and commercial areas is strictly forbidden.
